2016　Spring Lecture Meeting of Plastic Working was held between May 20 to May 22, 2016 at the Matsuzaki campus of Kyoto Institute of Technology
We had introduced “ Hydro-forming“ , Pressure resistance and fatigue test equipment by high water pressure “ to this program.
This is an example of the products based on the concept for high water pressure technology.
We could introduce these our main equipment to the meeting.

Our company has introduced “Zero-hazard movement” since July 1983. The basic philosophy of this movement as taking safety and health of the workplace in advance is “Human Respect” in common with HYPREX’ s creed of manufacturing for machinery and equipment which gives satisfaction and safety to the customer. All the more reason, we can develop a product to “be able to contribute the society with creative technology”. This is already social common idea and firm belief of HYPREX.

We exhibited MF-Tokyo 2015 (METAL FORMING & FABRICATING FAIR TOKYO.

Exhibition MF-Tokyo 2015 (Press, Sheet plate and Forming) was organized from July 15th, 2015 to July 18th at Tokyo Big Sight. With regard to the exhibition, thank you for many people visited to our booth.
This is the fourth time exhibitors to continue after the first held.
We demonstrated three-dimensional measuring equipment of VECTOR SYSTEM bending pipe production system.
The Vector System is a system that has been developed in the pipe bender dedicated, automatically corrected with the master data after the actual measurement.
Many visitors could get good impression from this demonstration which is specific futures that can be corrected bend data.
In addition, our booth were exhibited mold sample, panels, company profile and VTR of equipment too.
We completed this exhibition with prosperous and number of visitor to our booth were about 450 people which was the same level of last exhibition.

Our company has introduced power system of 50 kWh in the part of office and factory for which estimated generation power is 44,000kWh/year.
This makes CO2 emission amount of 22 tons and 10,000 liter/ year as clued oil saving amount that is equivalenteffect to planting 1550 pieces of cedar trees.
In addition, power supply system is equipped with solar power system as emergency power for blackout by disaster.

Exhibition MF-Tokyo 2013 (Press, Sheet plate and Forming) was organized from July 24th, 2013 to July 27th at Tokyo Big Sight. With regard to the exhibition, thank you for many people visited to our booth.
Our company has exhibited continuously from fiscal year 2009, however exhibition of equipment and presentation are not performed but “exhibition of samples and panels and VTR for company profile” were exhibited. And “simulation for rectangular cross section bend portion by draw bending of pipe, perform and hydraulic form” was lectured by young engineer
Number of visitor for MF-Tokyo 2013 was 29,631 which were more than last year. Despite that our booth did not exhibited equipment, average visitor was 100 per day and cumulative visitor was approximately 400 and finished with prosperous.
